  • 400g ahia freshly smoked moki
  • 2 tsp horseradish
  • 2 tsp cream
  • 1 lemon, juice and zest 
  • 1 spring onion, chopped 
  • cracked pepper


  1. Place all the ingredients in a wizz or blenderand blend until combined, but not smooth. 
  2. Serve on crostini, in a cucumber cup or as a dip.
