Ingredients

400g ahia™ freshly smoked blue moki
2 tsp horseradish
2 tsp cream
1 lemon, juice and zest 
1 spring onion, chopped 
cracked pepper

Method

Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until combined, but not smooth. 

Serve on crostini, in a cucumber cup, or as a dip.
