Smoked fish
Salad

This dish works well with any Ahia freshly smoked fish.

Perfect for that light summer time meal.

Serves 4 | Preparation time: 25mins

Ingredients  

400g ahia™ freshly smoked fish 
200g freshly shelled peas
100g cherry tomatoes, halved
half a capsicum, finely sliced
half a red onion, finely sliced
100g rocket
10 gourmet potatoes, pre-cooked and chopped 
12 black olives

DRESSING

3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
3 tsp red wine vinegar
1 tsp honey
1 tsp dijon mustard

Method 

Place all the salad ingredients in a bowl, gently toss.

Combine all dressing ingredients in a jar and shake wellto combine. 

Pour the dressing over the salad, gently toss again. Season with salt and pepper. Serve.
